You need PowerPoint and Adobe Reader to view these slides. PowerPoint is part of the Microsoft Office suite.

There are two presentation packs available…

A. “Introduction to Sahaja Yoga”
This slide presentation pack has Subtle Body chakra charts plus an overview of Shri Mataji, Affirmations, Balancing, Clearing and the Elements. The presentation content and slide order should be rearranged before each session to suit the audience and intended topics to be covered during the session.

B. “Knowledge of the Chakras”
This slide presentation pack has information about each of the chakras. It covers each chakra’s physical location in the body, hands and feet plus a overview of each chakra’s colour, element, planet, day, stone, quality, organs and geographical regions.
