Email Collection Form

Sahaja Yoga Australia maintains a national database of emails from new people who wish to be notified about our events such as courses, workshops, music concerts etc.

Our database gives us the capability to filter subscribers by State, State district, suburb or postcode for targeted emails. State Coordinators work with the Australian web team to develop and deliver the email campaigns to promote the various events.

New people can subscribe themselves to our database by using the subscription form on our national website at sahajayoga.com.au/subscribe

Yogis can also collect emails from new people who attend your classes, courses and workshops or visit your public events such as fairs, festivals and concerts.

Adding names to the Australian database
Once you have collected the email details, there are two options to add new people to the database.

Options 1 – Forward your completed Email Collection Form to your State Coordinator to have names added to the Australian database. This process should be used if you have several pages of Forms filled with email addresses.

Option 2 – If you have just a few names (one sheet of names) then you can add the names directly to the database yourself using the Online Subscription Form at  www.sahajayoga.com.au/subscribe

Important: When using Option 2, a confirmation email will go to the person you are subscribing with ALL the details you enter in the Online Subscription Form. So, in the “Please enter any Comments here:” area of the online form area, add something like… “Hi, you recently attended our meditation class at XXXX, regards [your name]” For example “Hi, you recently attended our meditation class at Gosford, regards Harry”
